Maybe I was tainted by mom after Grandpa had died. <br /><br />I agree, they all needed a wife to look after them, to keep house and feed them. Grandpa Wicker could cook, but I don't think Grandpa Long new how. Of course, he had Ronnie to feed too. <br /><br />But, Lena was a saint. We all loved her like she was our grandmother. She was kind and loving. She was always there when our folks needed her. She even had those large Thanksgiving dinners and put up with a whole lot of Long mischief.Janenoreply@blogger.com
